Common questions
- Change or cancel a pickup: open your order in the app or at washnfoldservice.com/account and choose Change pickup time or Cancel pickup. There is no charge before the pickup window.
- How much will it cost? We weigh your laundry at the store and text you the total before washing. Current prices are on our home page.
- Paying: tap Pay in your order or in the text we send you.
- Track your driver: use the tracking link in your texts or in your order.
- Sign-in code not arriving: check the number, wait a minute, then tap “Send a new code”.
