Delete your account

In the app

Open the WashNFold app, tap your account icon at the top, then Delete my account and confirm.

On the website

Sign in at washnfoldservice.com/account, tap Edit my address and phone, then Delete my account and confirm.

By email, phone or text

Email [email protected], or call or text (972) 428-3886 from the number on your account, and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and email.
• Your saved addresses, gate codes and driver notes.
• Your saved card (held by Stripe).
• The texts we sent you.

Records of past orders (dates, weights and amounts) are kept as anonymous records for accounting and taxes, with your name and address removed. If a pickup is still under way, finish or cancel it first. Your LaundroPay sign-in itself is separate and is not affected.
